EXP Software GmbH, an innovative software company for the next-generation Digital Thread Platform based in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, is now looking for a Human Resources Employee (m/f/d) (at least 32 hours/week) on a permanent basis.
Your tasks
- Management of the recruiting process, in particular pre-selection of suitable candidates
- Assistance with the preparation of job references and job advertisements
- Onboarding and offboarding employees to ensure a smooth transition
- Designing initiatives to develop our organization in coordination with HR development
- Planning and organization of team events as well as summer parties and Christmas parties
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship or studies in human resources, business administration or a related field
- First experience in human resources, ideally in recruiting and employee support
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy
- organizational talent and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with people
