Industrial digitization is reaching a new stage of evolution: At Hannover Messe 2026, EXP Software GmbH, together with leading technology and research partners, is inviting you to the “NVIDIA Omniverse OpenUSD Expert Session.” The focus is on pioneering approaches to Digital Twins that make production processes more efficient, transparent and intelligent.
The 60-minute expert session takes place on April 21 at 14:00 as well as on April 22 at 11:00 at the PNY Technologies booth (Hall 15, Booth H40) and offers practical insights into the industrial application of NVIDIA Omniverse and the OpenUSD data platform.
Digital Twins are increasingly becoming the bedrock of modern production and planning processes. The combination of NVIDIA Omniverse and OpenUSD enables continuous data integration that connects various systems, formats, and disciplines.
From CAD data and robotics control to IoT and AI-powered analysis, this creates a holistic real-time representation of industrial processes. Companies benefit from significantly improved planning quality and optimized workflows along the entire value chain.
A particular highlight of the session will be specific real-world examples from industry. Leading companies demonstrate how collaborative Digital Twins are already being used successfully today – for example in layout planning, virtual commissioning or simulating ergonomic work processes.
These practical insights show how companies can make their production processes more efficient, reduce costs and increase flexibility at the same time.
Another focus is on the accessibility of modern technologies. Cloud-based solutions make NVIDIA Omniverse usable even without powerful workstations. Content can be streamed in real time to XR headsets, tablets, or web browsers – a decisive step towards widespread use in companies of all sizes.
The use of Agentic AI opens up new opportunities for analyzing and optimizing Digital Twins. Intelligent systems are able to independently evaluate processes, identify potential improvements and generate new scenarios.
This enables continuous development of industrial processes and creates the basis for data-driven decisions in real time.
