Agentic Twin: EXP Demonstrates AI-Powered Clashdetection at KI Park

May 13, 2026

Clashdetection reimagined with explore, NVIDIA Omniverse, USD, and Lora AI – automated, context-aware, and demonstrated live in a robotic manufacturing environment

Clash detection is a critical factor in product development, factory planning, and robotic manufacturing. At the same time, it often involves significant manual effort: models need to be reviewed, conflicts assessed, and appropriate actions derived.

At the upcoming KI Park session, our CTO Markus Herhoffer, will demonstrate how modern AI and simulation technologies can make this process far more efficient.

The focus will be on the concept of the Agentic Twin: an intelligent Digital Twin that not only detects collisions automatically, but also evaluates them in context and provides actionable recommendations.

The live demo will showcase how explore, NVIDIA Omniverse, USD, and Lora AI can be combined in a robotic manufacturing use case. Participants will gain practical insights into how automated clash detection enables more precise decision-making while accelerating development and planning processes.
