What you can expect from us

Supporting management with administrative and organizational tasks
Planning and coordination of appointments, meetings and business trips
Creating and preparing presentations, reports and offers
Communication with internal and external stakeholders
Support in project planning and coordination (e.g. budget planning, milestone and schedule planning)
Operational project controlling, including documentation and development of recommendations for action
Management and maintenance of orders and invoices for software projects
Organization of workshops, customer visits and company events
Participation in the optimization of processes and use of automation tools

Your profile

Completed commercial education or a corresponding degree
Relevant professional experience in a similar position (assistant, project management, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Safe use of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in software development and openness to new technologies and automation
AI-first or AI-driven approach
Structured, independent way of working and high organizational skills
Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
Knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum) is a plus
